Could you give more details about the infected foot and post a picture? Does your chicken have bumblefoot symptoms (swelling, redness, and a dark spot on the foot pad, or swelling between the toes on top of the foot?) If it is bumblefoot, surgery to get out the pus or kernel may be needed.

Bumblefoot
It's not nearly that bad. It is only slightly swollen compared to that. Also, we are calling a vet right now.
