Abnormal chicken poop

My 3 year old hen had a dirty butt so I gave her an epsom salt bath. She is not eating much and lays around alot. Gave her elctrolyte & antioxidant supplement along with Probiotic Digestive supplement in water. Feeding her some eggs with oregano, garlic and eggshells, and layer pellets. There is oyster shells and grit in the lil hospital I have her in. 1st day after her bath she pooped (1st picture). She didn't poop at all yesterday. Gave her another bath and she pooped (2nd picture). Again the next day gave her bath and pooped this (3rd picture). She eats a little of her feed and the eggs. I see her drink the water occassionaly. She acts like she is trying to poo all day but she doesn't unless I give her a bath. Also using antifungal cream on her vent area as it is swollen. What is wrong with her?

If you have antibiotics maybe give some to your chicken? Seems like some sort of infection. No blood so far is good.
