About 8 month old Polish. Is it a rooster or hen?

I've had her for about 3 months and she and the rooster in the flock continue to challenge each other for dominance. "She" keeps acting like the rooster. Not sure since I was told she was female when I got her. Now I'm wondering if "she" is maybe a "he" and actually A rooster? I welcome any thoughts.

A profile shot showing hackles and saddle feathers would help, but I think that is a cockerel.

The person I got him from has moved and can not take him back. Now I'm looking for a good home for him. Any suggestions on the best way to find a good home? He is super friendly with people and would do well I Imagine if we didn't have just 4 hens and one other rooster.
