About chicken feeding

I read some article that if we give feeding of broiler to old white leg horn chicken who are laying once in alternative days, they will start laying daily after putting broiler feed.
Is it so?

You need to search or post this in the "Feeding & Water Your Flock" forum. Think I know what article you're talking about ... If it is, what it's saying is it's not necessary to feed Layer feed to layers. Feeding higher protein level (Flock Raiser, All Flock, All Purpose, Grower, etc...) which has higher nutritional value, Layer is minimum.
