This just started today...
I mist my 3 felonious drakes every day. They have a pool, but they seem to enjoy 'biting' the sprayed water and running back and forth through the mist. Anyway today after I had misted them Daphne kinda puffed all his feathers up, let out a raspy squawk, his neck stretched straight up, then straight out and then he sprinted forward a few feet. It must have looked like extreme fun to Mose & Niles because they both did the same thing a few seconds later.
The 3 of them each did it a few times: Puff, Squawk, Up, Out, Sprint.
Any ideas what these new duck-calisthenics might be?
