About to buy a ton of this feed.. Expert advice needed

I have been buying the TSC 24% feed and the price just keeps raising so I fould a mill that will wix what I need.. Does this recipe look ok?
Corn 49.75%
Soybeans Meal 43.16%
Limestone 1.13%
Dicalcium Phosphate 1.84%
Salt .44%
Feed Fat 3.16%
Vitamin Premix .25%
Mineral Premix .10%

What are you aiming for, like starter, grower, or starter/grower?

PS. I can't tell if mine like corn or not, as I mix some of my own feed with cracked corn in the winter.

Be a starter type... I use the TSC 24% from beginning to end with good results,,,

You Do Realize Tsc 24% Starter Is Actually Chicken Starter And Not 28-30% Gamebird Starter Right?

The Difference Wouldnt Be All That Hard To Tweak... Down A Little On The Corn And Up The Difference On The Soybean.... Also Make Sure They Are Adding Ruminant Bone Meal Or Your Quail Will Suffer Leg Maladies
