? about Turken Frizzles...

I know this is sort of a stupid question, but I'm going to ask anyways...

Are Frizzled Turkens cold hardy??

It's my understanding that frizzles in general are not cold hardy because their curly feathers don't trap heat well. Never kept them as it get REAL cold here, but others who have tried to keep them in my area have told me that.
