Adding a another coop

Hi there. I have a coop that can house 2-4 bantams, but I want to add standards to my very small flock. I'd like to add another coop and have it share the run with the original. Has anyone ever done anything like this? My concern is that all the hens will try to use the same coop and it won't be big enough for all of them.

A very real concern.
Unless you split the run and keep the birds separate, not giving them a choice of which coop to roost in.
You'll have to decide if you want a bunch of little coops,
or one big one that is sized for more birds in the future.
Of course keeping the tiny coop for future chicks/isolation/etc.
