Adding in other hens from another area

[Lupine hens]

Hi, I'm new at this but lovin it. I have 11 hens, 7 black sex link, and 4 barred rocks 7months old. I have room in my coop for about 6 other hens and someone would like to give them to me 'cause they broke their ankle and can't manage the flock. Is is ok to do this or would my girls rebel!
