adding new birds to flock?

at what age would you add your new chicks to your flock? 10 weeks? I can keep them separate until they start laying in 16 weeks, but would they like the change to there permenant coop?

You should add them when they are close in size.

What breed are they? ,most breeds start laying at 20 weeks.​

I agree with the previous post. Watch them at first and make sure no one get overly aggressive.
