Adding New Chicks

I just recently hatched 5 chicks from my own flock and they are a week old. I have also ordered a different breed of females, but they won't be in for another three weeks. Will this disrupt the pecking order and will it be safe for the new ones? What do I need to do to get them to know each other? Can I just add them in or do I need to separate them so they can see each other?

Sounds like you have 2 integrations to handle.
How old are the ones you ordered?

They will be days old, but they will be three weeks younger than the ones that I have now. Also the day olds that are being shipped will have the majority.
