I have a muscovy duckling that I got unexpected . I had gone get my chicks and the farmer gave him to me . He was just running around on his own but anyways . I had already planned on getting duckling this year but just not yet . I want the weather to be warm enough outside. My question is .. if I get new duckling who are younger than this duckling can they be outside with him or do I have to keep them separate until they are bigger. He is like 1 and halfs weeks old but when we get the other ducks he will be closer to 3 weeks

Little one will need different heat level than the 3 wk olds, what are your temps like? also they could pick on one that small, what are the other ducks?

Also I was going to keep the babies in my coop under a heat lamp I wanted to know if they would be okay together or if I have separate them until they are all the same size

I would fix the coop so they can all see each other but the older Scovy duckling can't pick on the lil ones, big difference in size as you will see. I like to use the plastic poultry fencing because it is so easy to put up and take down when finished with it. Let us know when you get your new ducklings and pics are always welcome. Scovy's are my favorites.
