Adding new hens to existing flock

I am wondering how long it will take my 4 original hens to accept the 2 new hens.

Also, we got our first 2 eggs today! Yippee!

They should settle down in a week if you leave them to sort themselves out. I find if we protect the newbies as we want to well it takes longer and just puts off the inevitable dustup!!! good luck and block your ears and close your eyes to them!!! it also depends on how long the originals have been there.
