We currently have 2 roosters and 5 hens and are looking to get 3 more hens.. All of our current birds are 16 weeks old and we found some hens that are 9weeks should we try to find older hens? And how should we merge then together?
But to introduce flocks put them on either side of a fence for like a day so they can get used t each other then put them together but keep an eye on them. They will peck each other a bit and that's ok as long as it doesn't get too violent. Once they seem ok your good
