Adding newbies to a large mixed flock

Hello - I need some advice.

I’m parting with my two ISA Brown girls. They’re 1 year old and parting with them is much harder than I expected.

The new household I’m considering has many birds - various chickens, roosters, ducks, guinea fowl, roosters, geese. They generally hang out together free-range and things looked OK when I visited, just the occasional rooster having a go here-and-there.

My ladies are not used to other birds and I’m worried about them settling-in and eventually being accepted. The owners are experienced and will keep them separate in the beginning.

My girls are spoilt and will be frustrated enough when they don't receive the treats I give them everyday. I want them to be happy and warm in winter and I'd appreciate your comments.

Would a smaller flock of birds be better? Should the new flock be ISA Browns or will they be accepted into a large mixed flock eventually?
