Adding water to unbranded incubator

We got this incubator at an auction and have no idea how to add water to it, change the remo from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and the bottom fan hasn’t turned on. I can’t see ANYWHERE to add water

Is there a hole in the bottom half for adding water, the ones similar on amazon have a hole that you can use a bottle to add water.
