Additional Food ideas - mine are spoiled on bread and grapes

Hope they can eat sunflower seeds in the shell cause I give mine regular birdseed sometimes, I give mine honeydue , cantalope and watermelon sometimes but i pick it up at the end of the day so I dont have aton of fruit flies everywhere.My mom throws cut grass and other things I probably dont want to know about in the pens. I am bad and don't give my birds game bird feed as their main food. My birds hate game bird feed. They waste a lot of it and mainly end up picking out just the sunflowers so that is why my peas get raw sunflower seeds in the shell as their main food. They won't let me switch to something else they just love the sunflower seeds and gobble them up! I am sure it is safe for them because I have been giving them that as their main food for about 4 or more years and they are doing great and gobble up the seeds every day. The squirrels get there share too. I also of course give them catfish chow for protein and they love getting unsalted, unshelled peanuts as a treat. I just want to remind everyone that since it is around Halloween you can get your birds a pumpkin to eat on. They love eating the pumpkin guts and seeds.
