Adequan Dosage For Poultry

Hi,
I am hoping someone has experience using adequan on poultry. I have a duck, a goose and a chicken that could all benefit from it I think. Does anyone know what dose I would use? I realize the amount will be based on weight so will be different for each but I would like the formula used to figure it out.
