Adopted our first chickens- wondering what breed they are??

Here are some pictures of our 3 adopted hens. I was told that one is a buff orpington (not that I even know what the heck that is), but not sure what the other 2 are, but they appear to be the same.

Any experts on here that want to help me out.

the top looks like a buff orpington, but the bottom 2 pics look like gold stars or red sex links

Definitely at least 2 different. The one buff orpington ? and the other two are supposedly the same. We're having a good time with them and I guess it doesn't really matter what the heck they are. We were just wondering.

Ok.....im sure the top one is a buff orpington. and the other two are just guesses but they look like Gold Stars/Red Sex Links...these are the same i think, but i could be wrong

I agree with everyone else..You will love the red sex links..they are laying machines with big brown eggs..Enjoy and welcome to BYC
