Adopting A Love Bird

I found a 5-year-old cinnamon cockatiel for adoption, that I am also interested in.

They are chatty and have high-pitched sounds. They like to scream and mimic whistles and screeches. Comparing them to a conure, they are not noisy. To budgies and cockatiels, they are shrill. They are the noisiest when they want something.

This is exactly how I would describe their chatter. I have two females and they are quite the talkers. I love it though! Mine even sleep talk. . I think because I have two in separate cages they are constantly talking to each other. They are also very playful and end up banging their toys against the cage and such. Mine has a plate at the bottom of the cage that she moves all around. They need lots of toys to stay entertained. I’ve had many birds and love birds are my favorite because they are very entertaining.
