Star, my backyard chicken was fine this afternoon, until I went out side and found her between some wood and the cyclone fence putting her head through the fence. I guess she was trying to take a short cut to her coupe as it was starting to rain. I was looking for her and this is where I found her or my little dog found her. I picked her up and put her on the other side of fence and she hopped to her coupe and stayed, laid an egg. When she came out she was still hopping. Her left leg seems to be hurt. I felt up her leg under her wing on the left side and the she kinda made a low cheerp and I could tell it was uncomfortable for her. I have her inside out of the rain with food and water. She is favoring her left leg. It didn't feel like anything was broke. Maybe she tweeked it the wrong way or sprained it. As I said I have her inside out of the rain just letting her rest and stay off her leg.
Does anyone know what else I can do to help her out. I was thinking of giving her some Ibuprophen ground up in some water and give it to her with an eye dropper.
Please, if anyone has any ideas to help Star get back on her leg it would be most welcomed.

Place her in a crate or cage with food and water for a week, inside the coop. If you have chicken vitamins or a B-complex tablet, ad that to the water. Check her leg and foot for swelling and redness or bruising, and for bumblefoot (swollen footpad with a dark spot.) If you suspect that it is broken it can be splinted with layers of tape and popsicle sticks or finger splints. A prain may heal in a week, or it may take a month. A low dose or baby aspirin can be given twice a day for 2-3 days to help with pain/inflammation.
