Adult roo- young pullets + 1 young roo

I have a flock of pullets, 20 and 1 young roo all hatched May 16th and 1 big hen and roo-hatched in March-They are doin' it a lot and she has begun to lay eggs-sporaticcally-
Here's my question: Can I put the grown rooster and hen in with the flock? He's very active in the roo department and some of these girls are pretty small. Will he try to mess with the immature pullets? Will he pick at them? She's fine I know they have been together on and off but the roo has not.

The rooster will try to mate with the ladies. He could also fight and hurt the younger (smaller?) rooster. I would introduce them on a day when you have all day to keep an eye on them to make sure things don't get out of hand.
