I have a 1yr old red turkey that has started gsaping for air all the time. No discharge from sinuse and he is not lethargic. He seems to be eating well and drinking water and running around with the rest of the flock he just can't breathe good what do I need to do?

OK, so that is not it. I have only had turkeys for a year so I am not the most qualified person to be answering these questions. Maybe somebody else will hop on to help.

Can you feel his neck for anything stuck or look down his throat? Also, you could check for ruptured air sacs just by feeling his body for any weird bulging. If you don’t see anything you could try worming for gape worm.
Here is a reply by @casportpony about the dosing and type for turkeys. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/worming-turkeys.764222/post-10887324
1 cc per 10 lbs of bird is the general guideline for chickens, though I’m sure that’s also completely safe for turkeys, and all around you would give a second dose about a week or two after.
