Advice for torn ligament(s)

Hard to tell what's going on with her leg.

I'd try wrapping it to help stabilize it, but you could get more elaborate and splint the leg if you wish. It may help or not.

The swelling is a concern, so you will want to monitor that daily.

The swelling hasn't improved or worsened in all this time.

Could be irritation from feathers coming in, but those sores look somewhat like bumblefoot which is any infection of the foot.
I'd try soaking in diluted hibiclens (Chlorhexidine) and apply triple antibiotic ointment to see if that helps them heal up.

Which do you recommend I get of chlorhexidine? And should I dilute it?

Get the Durvet, it should be much cheaper. Instruction of dilution is on the bottle.

Thanks. Soaking her in it now. No need to rinse her off after?

I wouldn't rinse it off, the Chlorhexidine has a residual effect.
See how she does after a few days, keep me posted.
