Advice on buying quail

I finally got my incubator in today. And now I want to buy eggs but having an issue finding someone who is NPIP certified and willing to a sale less than 8 quail eggs. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Thank you.

Buy more than 8 eggs, half will be roosters and some might not make it through incubation.
