Advice on sick turkey--weight loss and red legs

I have a female Narangassett who is about four years old. She has been losing weight, has lost some appetite, and has beet red legs. She likes standing in cold water. Also increased redness around her wattles, eyes, and snood.
The legs are not scaly as one sees with mites. I have been giving her Duramycin for one week without any results. Any suggestions from others out there? Thanks.

Even though it may not look like scaly leg mites, it will not hurt to coat her legs with Vaseline to see if it makes any difference.
