I am fairly new to the whole raising chickens, I noticed a few weeks ago 1 one my hens had what looked to be vent gleet so we treated her with Epsom salt bath and apple cider vinegar in everyone's water daily, that seemed to help clear her up, now I noticed I have 3 hens with white discharge from there vents. On inspection this morning for the first time I noticed what I believe is lice on one of my hens and one of our chicks. Can the vent gleet and lice come hand in hand...!? And what's the best way to treat both. Thanks
