Advice please

Ventilation/humidity is your biggest concern. 10°F is not too cold for chickens. If it gets down to, say, -30°F, then I'd consider using a radiant heater.

There is not much you can do right now except get them out of there and into the run whenever possible. I doubt the wooden dollhouse..I mean coop would be any better, but you may want to have it ready just in case something goes wrong this winter.

Next year consider converting a shed into a coop. For the same cost of the Omlet you could have a MUCH larger and taller coop that has proper ventilation appropriate for 8+ birds. I'm sorry Omlet lied to you.

I’m in Colorado. This is the omelette Coop and the run and a few tarps over the top. Also the Snow this week and also a photo of my original wooden coop. I have 8 chickens. I have one Rhode Island red, four Olive Eggers, two marans, and one Wyandotte. I have added some straw on the ground that they like to kick around.

If it was me, I would take that wooden coop (if it is in good condition) and use it as well. You should be able to cut out what you need of run fencing. It will increase space either way, and they may split up their roosting. Make sure they are both well ventilated.
