Advice, What's wrong with Olivia???

I've noticed for the last few weeks that my 1 female ( Olivia ) has been being very vocal ( my females are normally quiet ) At first I thought maybe she was in "heat" but then I noticed the other day that her feather don't look right. I looked her over the other day & I didn't see anything as far as lice, mites, bug bites, etc.... Today I checked her over again & her feather feel dry ( think that makes sense) & I took some pic of the feather that look like they are broke off & clumped together??? She is eating, drinking & swims in the pond daily & her poop looks normal. Any Ideas???

Looks like she is in need of a good molt. Or maybe the drakes are breaking her feathers while mating.

I only have 1 male & he usually mates with all the females ( yes, I see him mating when I'm outside doing yard work & he gets them in the pond!!! Not something I like to see!!)
None of my other females have problems with their feathers. Good molt?? Don't they molt at them being of the spring or in fall???
