Afraid of leaves

Ok so this is funny, at least I found it funny. My girls are scared to death of leaves. At least a leveled out pile of them. Lol. I was looking at what other throw in their runs and since we have a lot of leaves I thought hey I'll rake them up and put them in the run...... Well the girls think this is a very bad idea. They won't go anywhere near them lol. They just keep walking in circles around them. If one steps on one the other 2 freak out and go crazy. Them the be one that stepped on it freaks out to lol.

They just don't like change. Once they get over their trepidation about the change and realize the leaves won't kill them, they will learn to love digging through the leaves.

When I'm adding bedding to the run, be it wood chips or leaves, they freak out at the first batch.......then almost mob me for the following ones.

Hahaha, few of mine love to jump into any pile i rake up, they dont even wait for me to finish, then I just give up

Its always funny to put something new in their run though they start going near whatever it is then they chicken out (no pun intended)
