after they hatch, what do I do

I usually use a bantam to hatch eggs, but I borrowed an incubator and I have my first chick and one peeping egg.

What next?
How long do they stay in incubator?
Where to after the incubator?

After the hatch,Leave the chicks in the incubator until they are dry,Then have a warm brooder area ready for them.

I would leave all the babies in the incubator until they are all fuzzy and dry. They can go a little while without eating/drinking because they are still absorbing the yolk. Once they are all fuzzy I would move them to a brooder with a heat lamp. Make sure you dip their beaks in water to show them where to drink and make sure they are eating.

Give them some love... I mean what I did is leave them on the incubator until they are completely dry.
