Ag Teacher gone, Please help!

Our Ag teacher is gone today and the chicks are hatching in the classroom incubator! I, a fellow teacher offered to check on them. How long do I leave the chicks in the incubator before I put them in the brooder? Thanks.
 
They're good to stay in there up to 72 hours, no worries and congrats!

So, it's OK for the hatchlings to walk all over the ones that are trying to hatch?
