Again the temps flipped out!!

Today is day 18. I was doodling around in the room the bator is in and noticed it was at 105!! it's wasn't that an hour ago but i don't know how long it was like that. It's cooling off now and is now 101, but yeesh!!!

what do you suppose the damage is to my chicks?

There should be no damage to the eggs. for the time was short. You don't have the bator in direct sunlight do you? That could be the cause the the spike.

nah, it's in my master bath, no windows, but a frosted skylight in there. i was careful to make sure it wouldn't be in the sunlight. It seems to be leveled back out to 99.3-100.4 degrees.
