Aggression! HELP!

So I just put my younger quail in which my olders and watch them and they are all doing fine and then I go home on my lunch break to see one of the baby quail without a scalp. Please help what do I do? I want this baby to live. The babies are very attached to me and these are my little ones. that follow me everywhere and sit with me while I read or type. They are not that much smaller than the older quail. The other babies are fine just this one is not.... Please help me get this baby back on his feet. What do I do. I brought him inside with his best buddy quail and they are in a brooder and I laid him under the heating lamp. If no one sees a way to fix him by tonight I will put him out of his misery.

This happened to my chicks too, it was a sweet buff it had its wing torn off. He died tho.

Put the bullies in another cage.
