Aggressive baby turkeys...HELP

I have turkeys that are about a week old. They are drawing blood on each other. The main spot they are pecking each other is their butts. Big time bloody. It's not just one ore two. We are talking 2 or 3 a day. I put them under 125watt red bulb cause I heard that was to help. PLEASE HELP

How much space do they have? Give them more. How much protein is in their feed? I would increase it.

I agree on giving them more space, and the red bulb should help as well, since it will hide the bloody areas on the birds.

Recommend you use some Blue Kote spray to cover the wounds.

Could be too hot, too cold, temp should be around 90-95, too crowded, or bored, turkey poults get bore real quick, give them stuff to peck at, lettuce, spinach, dandelion, get them outside on some grass, give them a small roost to hop on, turkey are more a species that learns, not like chicks that work on instinct, turkey poults are curious, and so they peck things more I also would use bluekote.
