I have guineas which are around three weeks old, I have tired to move them in with my 5 golden comets, 11 buff orpingtons, and 2 cochins, but each time I have tried my chickens have pecked or even drug my guineas around. Is there any way I can combine my chickens and guineas without this happening.

How old are the chickens? Adults? I haven't had trouble adding 7-8 week old keets with hens. They are in the coop in a wire dog crate for a week before I mix them. They spend a few says before they are brave enough to wander in the run and about a week total before they venture out. They stick close to a few hens for 2-3 weeks.

I would let them grow a bit more before I tried yo mix them again.

My golden comets are 6 weeks old, my buff orpingtons are 4-5 weeks old, and my cochins are almost two months old. Only around three of them are roosters, but they still won't seem to leave the keets alone. I'll have to try putting my keets in a crate with my chickens and see if this helps.
