Two of my chickens dissipeared for a week, me and my dad found them in the neighbors tree. We coaxed them all the way home and back to the coop to see all the chickens again. The other chickens started pecking at them and then they would jump and stand on eachother like a dominance thing. I’m worried they are going to peck eachother to death and or they will run away again. Help!

If you have not already noticed, chickens are not the brightest creatures. They live from moment to moment, and a week is a long time for them. They simply forgot that these hens live with them, and will keep doing this. The hens that ran off need to be placed in a run within the pen where the others are so that they can get used to seeing them. After a week or two, you can let them out. They will be at the bottom of the pecking order, and they may get pecked a little, but let this happen, they have to establish the pecking order again.
I’m pretty surprised that the ones that ran off managed to stay alive for a week!
Good luck!

How many chickens do you have?
How big is your coop?
A minimum of 4 square feet of coop space per bird is the usual recommendation.
The ones that went to the neighbors may have been on the bottom of the pecking order and there’s not enough space for them to get away from the others especially when roosting.
About 12” of roosting space per bird is another recommendation.

I have six chickens total since the two that ran away are back now , the two of them keep hanging out with eachother and sprinting away from everyone else. We let them free range during the day and they hide under the porch. I’m worried they won’t want to come back to the coop again if the other chickens keep being mean .

I would confine the returned chickens, or all of them, in the coop/run and run for a few days.
Put feed and water both inside and outside coop.
