Aggressive Magpies!!

We have two 6 month male magpies and recently added two 6 month female rouens. I know we need to give them time to get use to each other, but the magpies are being so vicious to the girls. It's a rape fest all day long! We're going on two weeks now and the girls spend most of the day hiding out in the coop because every time they come out, they are attacked. What can we do? Should we get rid of the females or get more females to take some of the pressure off the two girls?

I read that getting MORE females should help, to distract the males. Maybe get rid of one male.
