Having roosters is a new experience for us, and an unintentional one. Husband got "unsexed" bantam chicks and now we have 3 hens and 2 roosters. So far no fighting amongst themselves, but they have gotten aggressive to humans. I was out of state for a month, and a neighbor's daughter house/pet sat for me. While I was gone we got our first eggs and to my surprise when I returned, and tried to hand feed one of the roosters, his neck feathers went up and he pecked me. Then the sitter told me that she battled with them almost every night to go in the coop.
