Agoraphobic Guineas

I need guinea advise. My guineas are afraid to go outside!

They have been able to go into the outdoor run for more two weeks now, and the only time any go out on their own is when one gets pushed out of the door by the others. I give treats to try to lure them out but a brave one will grab a mouthful then jump back in the coop and the rest of the treats go uneaten.

I have chickens in with them and they ignore the guineas for the most part but do take a half-hearted peck at them occasionally. The chickens aren't guarding the door or anything so... When will my guineas go out?

Guineas do things in their own sweet time! I know from experience. Just let them do what they want and eventually, they'll be wandering farther than you'd like.

Thanks Speckled Hen! It's just so hard to wait! I want to see them enjoying bugs and running, living life to the fullest. I'll be patient with them I promise.
