agressive pecking

i have 2 adult rode island reds, and one of the chickens has been pecking the other pretty bad.She is missing most of the feathers on her butt and some on her neck. i cant seperate them because i dont have anywhere else for them to go . Any ideas?

Many people get this stuff called blu kote (I think) to prevent pecking. I never used it so I don't know how well it works.

Try pinless peepers. They say that they work. They have them at eggcartons.com.
