ailing chick throwing up her food!

I have this sick little chicken that I picked up off a farm the other dya, she didn look healthy and the owner said I could take her, she is very skinny, has an eye problem. She doesn't eat or drink much, and I have to hand feed her and give her water through an eye dropper. She has recently been throwing up her water and her previously normal poos have turned to water too. What can I do to help her?

I'm sorry, I don't know, but I would keep her separate from the others, it doesn't soudn good, though
