Have had chickens for about 3 years but have had no health problems. Lost a few to wildlife before created a high security chicken tractor. Winter the tractor is attached by a run to an inside coop.
Have 9 hens even thru -20F averaged 5-6 eggs per day. One hen is 2yr the other 8 are 1yr. Have know
Last Tues found one of the younger hens lying on her side couldn't stand. Very thin. Then next day she was found to have be pecked at so moved her inside in small box. Has been eating/drinking and pooping. Tonight looking her over and rear end is not right. What is diagnosis and what action?
