Air cell question for veteran hatchers

I have some eggs in the bator on day 20. When I candled them on day 18, I noticed they seemed pretty small and the air cell was pretty large. But the chicks were moving all around so, so far so good. Obviously my humidity was too low for some reason during the incubation so my questions are:

Will this cause a problem with them hatching?
Will this affect the chicks health?
Is there anything I need to do to ensure a successful hatch?

I have raised the humidity and it is at 77% right now on my thermometer/hygrometer. As I am sitting here typing, I hear a little cheep cheep coming from the bator. That is good news. I am just worried that too much moisture has been removed and what the effects might be as far as the hatch and the health of the chicks. Thanks for reading.

Please try not to worry ahead of time, it won't change a thing, and its a waste of energy. I don't know, I'm sure someone will answer your question, just be patient, LOL
