Air sack at the wrong end

One of the eggs we candled tonight is a mongrel LF from our own flock that's on day 14 in the bator. It looks like the air sack is at the bottom? Is that possible and is there anything I can do to help this chick survive? All I could think of was to lay it on it's side at lock down.

LOL! Cute comment by your hubby. I have one egg with the air cell smack dab in the center. I am not sure it can hatch either.
