aircell hatching question !!

so if you break the large end of the egg and the chick is alive and not broken it yet , when it does break it will it hatch normally or what ???

Leave the eggs well alone. They will do it in their own time.

if you break the shell and it isn't time yet for the chick to pip then you will cause the membrane to dry out and lose the chick. Rule of thumb...leave them alone.
