I'm from south, south Alabama. In southern Baldwin County. I don't have any birds yet. But I'm spending the next few months getting ready. I'm hoping to be getting some minorcas in the next few months.

So I was wondering if anyone in Baldwin, Mobile, or even Escambia counties will be processing their own birds in the future? I'll be butchering my own soon enough, and even though I've read up on it a good bit, I'd really like some hands on instruction. So anyone looking for an extra set of hands and willing to show a newbie a thing or two, if you could shoot me a message it'd be VERY much appreciated.
