Roll Tide I am from Alabama I have 93 or so chickens 2 guineas and 2 ducks I have Americana's, d omineckers , pekin ducks, French guineas , black astrolorps, white leghorns red pullets and a cochin rooster also some Cornish rocks I was wondering if any one had some more ideas on breads I can get but I don't want any show chickens I want good egg layers and good protectors of themselves and have good chicks any suggestions.

Just wanted to post a quick note. We got our first egg from the 2013 Easter hatchalong today. They were 16 weeks old Thursday (4th). It is from a clean face EE, (don;t have but a few of those) but laid a green egg vs normal aqua blue. Thrilled, since we only have 1 hen laying the green egg!

Her name is Sugar, I'm her favorite perch.....
