ALERT ALERT! New Hatched CHICK>

My Standard Frizzle Cochin has sat on two eggs and today is day 21. Only one was fertile i suppose because i do not hear chirpping, and i never candled the eggs. One did hatch about 1 hour ago right under her. it seems flamboyant and healthy. HOW long do i leave the other egg? HOW long does the new chick ctay under her? when will it need to eat and drink, day 3?

just leave the second egg for about 2 days 5 of my quail hatched early one day then the next day i had four more hatch.

Though I am pretty sure that the other egg is NOT fertile, but I will wait atleast another day. But is there anything that the chick that did hatch NEEDS?
