all but 1 are dead, most unabsorbed yokes. 1 serama and 1 blue orp were very close to pipping. One of the orp/brahma is still alive, barely. I heard a shallow peeping and pipped it, i made a bigger hole than I meant. It has not gone through the membrane yet, I tore a little bit of the membrane and got blood. I put it back in that bator, it's peeps are shallow and raspy. Can I do anything to help or should I just wait?

You may have to wait awhile. If the blood hasn't retracted, there isn't much you can do. And if it needs a bit longer to absorb the yolk, since the others have that problem, then I wouldnt do anymore for it right now. Do you think your humidity was really high the last few days?

Oh that's to bad sorry to hear that. I would make sure it has a hole to breathe out of and make sure the humidity is enough to keep it from sticking to the baby.

Well, that isn't unusual after they are in the middle of hatching for humidity to rise way up like that, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Even when you have that troubleshooting guide for incubation, sometimes nothing on the list seems like it could have been the cause. So, you got two, both Blue Orp/Buff Brahmas? I think I'm having a flashback! Wasnt it the same last time?

Day 21, temps have been pretty steady around 99.4 the lowest it went was 96 three days ago for maybe an hour or two. It has floated around 98.8 a few nights but not for long cause i'd up the temps.

Nite cyn!
